We stand behind LoopHole completely. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full. No return necessary — keep the box.

To request a refund, email us at hello@theloopholebrand.com with your order number and we'll take care of it promptly.

Damaged or incorrect orders If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@theloopholebrand.com and we'll make it right.

Refund timing Once approved, refunds are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
